We are also willing to consider you in a trainee role if you have more than two years of experience in real estate administration or roles outside of the industry that combines client relations with contract or project management

What are we looking for in you?

Because we work in a task-based system we rely on each other’s judgement and expertise every day to deliver a high level of customer service. This means we are careful to choose people with the right level of ability and personal style to deal with the complexity of real estate law and the human side of dealing with local families and investors.

  • current certificate of registration with two years PM experience, ideally within the past few years
  • Or if you are interested in starting as a trainee you will need more than two years of experience in real estate administration or roles that combines client relations with contract or project management
  • Current Australian drivers license

A little bit about us

Taking over the business in 2009 as joint directors are Jacinta and Ken Purvis. Returning to their rural roots to raise their children they have focused on creating a sustainable business that maximises available technology to provide a consistently high level of service to homeowners, buyers and tenants alike.

Jacinta is our Principal and sales leader. Ken is concerned with managing the support and Property Management staff, as well as providing administrative support to the sales team. Together they have researched and tested every emerging technology and compared an impressive list of providers to settle on the systems they believe give the best results in the most practical way possible. In choosing the systems they have considered both the ease of use for staff and functionality.

 

Full training and support

This role reports to our fabulous head of Property Management Grace McAulley who will personally train and guide through all parts of the role and the systems we use. 

Property Management is a legally demanding and complex role with many separate components. You will be working as a team with our Property Management team and you if you are a trainee you will not be expected to manage anything alone until both you and Grace are comfortable with your skills. We are committed to providing extensive training in the specialist parts of property administration so that you are empowered to continue to provide this quality of service as we grow.

As a proud member of the First National group of offices, we also have access to a wide range of on-line training materials and we regularly bring in specialists’ trainers and consultants.
