About the Opportunity

Mansfield Crushing now has a senior leadership opportunity for a General Manager to join their team in Melbourne’s west, on the outskirts of Geelong, on a full-time permanent basis.

Reporting to the Director, you'll be responsible for leading and coordinating the improvement of business processes across the whole organisation.

Your scope of responsibilities will encompass, but will not be confined to:

  • Streamlining business processes to reduce wastage, maintain strong workplace health and safety standards, and ultimately accomplish set business goals;
  • Achieving sustained profit contributions by managing/leading/recruiting/training staff, including managers, and accomplishing set objectives and KPIs;
  • Maintaining a quality service by developing and overseeing organisational standards;
  • Ensuring all statutory/non-statutory industry HSEQ requirements are adhered to and upheld; and
  • Developing a thorough strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities.
