  • Strong verbal/written communication & presentation skills with the ability to tailor an approach based on client needs
  • The ability to build rapport, gain trust & influence client thinking
  • Confidence in negotiating & is comfortable dealing with objections
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Honesty & a genuine curiosity in their prospects’ challenges and potential areas of improvement
