With offices in Melbourne and Tokyo, our manufacturing plant is located in the heart of South Gippsland in beautiful Korumburra;  only 1 hour's easy drive from Frankston and Dandenong, 50 minutes from Pakenham, 40 minutes from Warragul / Drouin.

The role

Based at our factory site as HR Co-ordinator you will be expected to provide high level HR support to the business and have the drive to help continuously build efficient HR processes to contribute to the success and growth of the organisation.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

  • Qualifications in HR (or related).
  • A demonstrated competency in managing a HR function such as recruitment, remuneration & benefits and/or engagement and retention will be highly regarded.
  • Experience in utilising HR systems, with an understanding of success factors an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of HR practices and applicable legislation.
  • Proven ability to successfully work across the business, building partnerships based on respect and trust. 
  • Collaborative and practical approach in building HR processes.
  • Outstanding self-management, organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • The drive to think holistically across the business and develop creative solutions.
