Recruitment Resourcer - Labour Hire

We currently have an opportunity for an outgoing and motivated recruitment resourcer to join our Clayton south team.

This role will be ideally suited to someone who has had experience in the recruitment industry - Labour Hire, the capacity to think on their feet, work effectively as part of a team and has a genuine interest to work within the blue-collar recruitment field.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience and ability to source, screen and onboard applicants.
  • Ability to manage bookings and scheduling of staff
  • Ability to be self-driven, motivated and proceed with purpose at all times.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organised and pro-active in job tasks
  • At least two years’ experience in a fast-paced office environment – recruitment industry experience essential
  • Ability to work autonomously when needed
  • Competent in all Microsoft Office application
  • Own car and drivers license
  • Enjoys the challenge of working in a KPI driven work environment
  • Ability to hit the ground running and successfully manage multiple roles and bookings
  • Ability to take on feedback
  • Willing to learn and grow in the role
  • High level of time management
  • Good computer and database skills
