About the role: Client Administrator

We are looking for a highly motivated client administrator to provide administrative and office support services to Trustee Wealth Services (TWS) business units.

Main duties include:

  • Support the end-to-end processes associated with product administration from all business units in TWS.
  • Complete quality assurance checks regularly.
  • Manage workflow to deadlines and prioritise work as required.
  • Ensure client data maintenance (reconciliation and reconstruction), accuracy and upkeep whilst ensuring sensitivities are managed.
  • General file management, including accurately managing the archival, retrieval and recording of client files, both hard and soft copies.
  • Maintain and update procedure documents, readily share knowledge with colleagues and assist other departments as/when required.
  • Proactively working with internal and external business partners to anticipate administrative requirements and deliver to deadlines and schedules.
  • Meet Service Level Agreements and agreed to deadlines.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Experience with back office processing (e.g. CGT reconstructions, CHESS platform, Austraclear, financial assets and statements reconciliations)
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and pro-actively
  • Ability to follow internal process around documentation and record keeping
  • Ability to exercise sound and correct judgement including proven integrity and discretion in handling matters of a sensitive and confidential nature
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Intermediate Computer skills, particularly MS Office suite
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Tertiary and other qualifications in a finance related field, well regarded.
