As a Customer Service Officer you will join our busy frontline Customer Service team and assist in answering enquiries as they come through our 1300 number as well as responding to emails that are sent to our general inbox. You will field a wide range of queries from a number of sources across a number of topics, providing a high level of customer service at all times.

What you'll bring…

  • Highly developed communication skills (vocal and written), with people from all different backgrounds
  • Solid general administration and MS Office skills
  • Proficient use of Client Management Systems
  • Solid customer service experience
