Marketing and Sales Support Role

Job purpose

This role is primarily responsible for supporting the day-by-day operations of the Sales and Marketing departments. 

This diversified role is perfect for a self-starter who is proactive, eager to learn and has a creative flair.  The ability to manage competing tasks and work on different projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is an essential requirement. 

3 months contract with the opportunity to become a full-time, permanent job at the end of the contract.

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Assisting the Sales Team with the preparation of proposals, pricing schedules, contracts and agreements.
  • Preparation of sales materials such as presentations, product brochures, PR pieces, etc.
  • Assist with the development of and managing of digital content (website, EDMs and Linkedin)
  • Assisting Operations with the preparation of manuals, instructions sheets, training videos to support our customers after sale.
  • Manage and maintain adequate stock levels of marketing collateral and distribute to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Building and maintaining SprintQuip’s customer database, ensuring its integrity and relevance.
  • Handling logistics for sales events and internal sales meetings.
  • General admin support as required.

 

Qualifications and Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related subjects, preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of brand principles and full adherence to brand application guidelines.
  • Excellent written, editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills including experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel. 
  • Basic skills in the Adobe creative suite.
