Client Operations Officer

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

 

You will be responsible for receiving, querying and processing standard levies, leave applications and reimbursements from our industry employers.

You will:

  • Apply sound professional judgment, while working within clearly defined processes and procedures.
  • Educate our industry employers by providing information on their legal obligations and reporting requirements.
  • Review and monitor employment and service history of eligible employees.
  • Work collaboratively to solve problems, share knowledge and participate in peer reviews to ensure we uphold the timeliness, accuracy and quality of our processing activities.
  • Interpret our legislation and provide employers with clear requirement feedback.

  • Experience working within a high-volume and repetitive data processing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail; delivering timely, and accurate data entry.
  • Experience working within clearly defined process and procedures.
  • A willingness to actively contribute to team and organisational goals, and a work attitude that supports continuous improvement.
