Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Sourcing buyers and generating new business
  • Negotiating with Real Estate Agents
  • Liaising with Brokers, Accountants, Solicitors and Referral Agents
  • Sourcing, inspecting and shortlisting properties
  • Updating client contact details in the CRM
  • Communicating with clients
  • Reporting Key Performance Indicators to Principal

The role of a Buyers Agent is to educate and develop Real Estate knowledge and skill sets. The Buyers Agent will undertake the management of buyers and must engage buyers to inspect available properties and encourage offers and bids at auction to complete a sale.
 

To be successful in this highly critical role, you will ideally demonstrate:

  • Industry standard certifications
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Computer literacy
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional people skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Thrive in a high paced environment
  • Strong customer service focus and skills
  • Professional communication both written and verbal
  • A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills
  • Possess a strong work ethic, self-belief, confidence and positive attitude
  • Corporate, professional presentation
  • Current Drivers Licence and own vehicle
