TRAINEESHIPS – MULTIPLE OPPORTUNITIES

Capecare is recognised as a leading provider of aged care and accommodation services for seniors across the South West region of Western Australia.  Located in Busselton on the beautiful shores of Geographe Bay, Capecare takes great pride in meeting the changing needs of today’s ageing community by delivering an outstanding model of care for clients and families choosing their services.

Capecare is a value driven organisation and we are looking to attract individuals who have a real passion for the Aged Care industry.

After the success of our current Trainee Program Capecare is now looking to offer placements within the 2021 program. We will be offering Traineeships in the following areas of our business:

  • Carer (Residential); and
  • Support Workers Community).

You will be surrounded by a highly skilled clinical team and will be part of a supportive and passionate organisation who will provide you with ongoing development and career opportunities. You will gain practical experience working in our residential facility in Busselton Western Australia whilst studying to complete your Certificate lll in Individual Support.

Requirements:

  • Completed Year 11 High School
  • Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident 
  • Car and Driver’s licence highly preferred
  • National Police Clearance Certificate
