Reception/Customer Service

Fernwood Fitness Canberra City is looking for a women who is a highly motivated, energetic people person to join our fun and hardworking team in a Customer Service orientated role.

We are looking for someone who is available for an immediate start to work on our reception in club with the possibility of extending hours if required. 

The role will require you to take on a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to:

- Reception duties
- Membership processing
- Member engagement
- Sale of products and processing these transactions

Applicants must have have:

- Excellent customer service 
- High attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to the different needs of current and prospective members
- Ability to work autonomously and most importantly as part of a team
- Adept in using Microsoft systems and programs
- Knowledge of, or a desire to be part of, the health and fitness industry

Desirable but not essential:
- Sales experience
- Cert 3 in Fitness
