Client Service Officer

About the Role

Our Client Service Officers manage personal insolvency and personal property security interactions via our service delivery channels. They are client-focussed and empathetic, and able to meet the changing demands of the Australian Public.

The tasks of the Client Service Officers in their day-to-day work include:

  • Responding to client enquiries via phone and email
  • Assessing client applications and/or processing documents lodged by the client
  • Contributing to achieving a positive and innovative organisational culture.

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • be able to respond to clients with accuracy, professionalism and in a timely manner
  • have excellent communication skills
  • be capable of assessing applications in accordance with relevant policies, legislation and guidelines
  • be able to work within a team environment
