Boroondara is changing

We are in the midst of implementing a major business transformation.  This change is crucial to delivering on our commitment to become a truly customer centric organisation. Through technology, innovation, collaboration and leadership, we are realigning how we work together to enhance the customer experience.

A little bit about the role

Working within our Strategy, Planning and Reporting team you will support the development of organisation wide and business unit strategies by providing guidance, recommendations and tools for effective strategic planning.

You will create and deliver quality strategic planning templates and processes and communicate these across our departments to ensure that our strategies, plans and policies support the achievement of our corporate objectives. You will assist in the review and quality assurance of corporate documents and when required provide recommendations to department leads to ensure alignment with relevant frameworks.

You are an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills. You have demonstrated experience in the preparation of reports, policies and other corporate documents to either inform, coach or seek approval. You draw upon your strategic thinking and problem solving skills to support your team and add value when working toward a common goal. You have great project management skills and can pivot your planning if the goal posts shift.
