Embracia Victoria is a second-generation family business with two aged care homes. We are also a registered training organisation (Embracia Education). Based in Balwyn North, we are a growing company with a bright future.

The Role

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our head office finance team located in Balwyn North (VIC). Our ideal candidate would have relevant experience, a 'can do' attitude and an eagerness to learn various tasks.

Working within the Finance Team your responsibilities will include assisting in:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Reconciliations
  • General Administration
  • Enrolment support for RTO
  • Other duties as required

To be successful for this role you must have the following:

  • Relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and Excel skills
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong organisational and time management skills 
  • a Current Police Check or willingness to obtain same
