Based in Notting Hill, Plan B Services is an industry accredited company of electrical and civil infrastructure to the Land Development Industry in Victoria. We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to become part of our highly motivated team, assisting our Design team.
Reporting to the Design Administration Manager, your duties will include:
• Management of General Administration duties;
• Preparation of Proposals and Tender Submissions;
• Management of Network Authority Applications;
• Management of Electrical Network Authority
• Admin support to the Design Administration Manager;
• Admin support to the Design Group;
• Updating the company's database system with project
• Liaising and building relationships with clients, utilities,
To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and initiative; have strong all-round MS Office skills, have the ability to take ownership of your role and have a high attention to detail.
Experience in the Electrical Construction industry would be highly regarded but is not essential as appropriate training will be provided.
