We have two exciting opportunities, for two individuals to join the expanding team at Ray White Rockhampton in the Property Management department. Amazing support and mentoring will ensure that you reach your full potential. 

The Roles

  • 1 x Property Manager
  • 1 x Property Management Assistant/Trainee

Skills and experience

  • Real Estate Experience (not essential)
  • A current QLD certificate of registration (or willing to obtain)
  • A current drivers licence
  • Stable work history
  • Exceptional customer service and people skills
  • Fantastic time management skills
  • Organised, thorough and strong attention to detail
  • Adheres to systems and procedures
  • Ability to work within a fast paced environment
  • Works well in a team, but can work autonomously when required
  • Corporate and professional presentation and outlook

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Assistant to the Property Management Team OR the full management of a property portfolio
  • Administrative duties
  • All matters of due diligence with regards to tenant selection and management
  • Help the success and growth of the Property Management Department

Remuneration will be based on experience of applicant and will include mobile phone for work use. Work vehicle will be provided during office hours.

Hours: 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday

  • Do you hold a current Real Estate Agent's licence?
  • Have you completed a Real Estate Sales Representative course? (e.g. Agent's Representative course, Certificate of Registration)
  • Do you have experience in an administration role?
  • How many years of residential property management experience do you have?
