Plan Partners Customer Service Officer

Since signing up our first participant in October 2016 Plan Partners has grown to become Australia's leading expert in NDIS Plan Management and Support Coordination.

We are offering opportunities to suitably experienced and passionate people to join our growing business, supporting people with a disability to realise their goals in life.

The Opportunity….

We are rapidly expanding nationally and, as we do so, we are needing to continue to grow our frontline customer service teams. In this busy role you will provide the highest level of customer service to our new and existing participants when they contact us. As a caller's first contact with Plan Partners you will need to be personable, professional and patient as you provide advice, problem solve and triage inbound calls. We aim to simplify the NDIS by providing tools, information and education participants and families.

As a Customer Service Officer you will:

  • Respond to our inbound NDIS customer enquiries by phone and email, whilst maintaining excellent customer service at all times.
  • Inform NDIS participants how we will support them with their plans
  • Follow up on queries and requests for information
  • Simplify the NDIS by providing tools, services and education to participants, families and providers
