Guest Service Officer - Front Office

Park Hyatt Sydney is recruiting for a customer focused Guest Services Officer to join the Front Office team. Join us to redefine luxury

The main duties and responsibilities for this role will include the following: 

  • Works closely with other Front Office personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests
  • Ensures that guest history records are accurately maintained and privacy is upheld
  • To immediately attend to all guests who approach the Front Desk, cordially and with a smile
  • Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming
  • Ensures that the strictest confidentiality is maintained in dealings with all work related matters

 

To be considered for this role the candidate should possess the following:

  • Good Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Opera is essential
  • Preferable prerequisite knowledge of the Travel/Hotel industry
  • Permanent residency or unlimited working rights in Australia
