Prova Accountants is a boutique, friendly Chartered Accounting firm. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to fill the position of our receptionist/office administrator
The successful applicant will have a mature approach displaying initiative; a flexible and positive attitude together with a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task as necessary.
Specific Duties include:
- Client liaising
- Diary management
- File maintenance
- General administrative tasks
The position is permanent part time position, between 20 -25 hours a week. These hours will be discussed with successful candidates. The position start date will be mid January 2021.
