Customer Service Officer - Ranger Services


  • Salary Range $57,774.60 – $60,783.32 per annum depending on qualifications and experience

This role will provide customer service and administrative support to Rangers Services. This includes responding to customer enquiries, requests and complaints in a prompt, courteous and accurate manner, while promoting and fostering a positive image of the City’s operations and services. The role also involves maintaining the City’s animal records, updating/maintaining Ranger Permits’ registers, preparation of statistical reports, and assisting with general correspondence.

The successful candidate will have highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers of all levels, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. The role also requires the candidate to have well-developed computer skills, in particular Microsoft Office applications, a sound knowledge of administrative procedures, and the ability to prepare general correspondence and reports while adhering to deadlines. Experience in parking infringement notices administration is highly desirable.
