AIM Insurance Services is a niche loss adjusting company focusing on a phenomenal service and adding value to everything they do. This approach has resulted in continued growth.
Founded in 2015, the firm has grown from a single adjuster to the current team of 26 people. Expansion continues as certain insurers understand and recognize the benefit of partnering with AIM Insurance Services and as a result, they are now seeking a suitably experienced Loss Adjuster to join the team in Queensland.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a caring approach, a real understanding of the broker/insurer/insured relationship and be happy to always go the extra mile. If you are able to focus on a positive claims experience for policy holders above all else, then you may be a good fit for the team.
The ability to take control of a claim, carefully monitor costs, maintain KPIs while always holding the policyholder's hand is at the heart of what we do.
In addition to loss adjusting, the role includes marketing activities and some interstate travel.
In return, you will receive a package which ensures a great work/life balance and a healthy remuneration package. This is a work-from-home position.
Please apply in writing with a CV, two (2) business references and cover letter and send to firstname.lastname@example.org. A clean police record is required.
Closing date for applications is 4 December and interviews will be held soon thereafter initially via Zoom.
Only applicants shortlisted for interview will be contacted
