Clennett's Mitre 10 is a locally owned business with four sites across  southern Tasmania.  We are a values based business and with over 220 staff employed we pride ourselves on our local heritage & mighty helpful customer service. We specialize in the building & trade industry along with key retail categories. 

We have an exiting opportunity for the right person to join our team to assist with information, computers and technology throughout the business.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up Mobile phones & devices 
  • Be point of contact for system issues & outages
  • Simple Hardware Installations and Troubleshooting
  • Set up of new Hardware / replacement , Laptops , Desktops installing basic Operating Systems and Software as instructed
  • Management of TIPT phone system , new phones , managing hunt groups
  • Update & maintain Phone contact list
  • Other Hardware & Desk set up tasks  ( e.g. installing new monitors , dual screen brackets , stand up desks)
  • Ordering and installing printer cartridges
  • Assist with all Software updates as directed by IT Manager this will be under direction and instruction

You will be required to have previous experience in a similar role and a good understanding of IT Support. You must also have a license and reliable vehicle.

This role is a casual role which you will be required to work flexible days & hours.
