Based in Darwin, there are several roles available. Working as part of the team to deliver one of the largest transformation programs, CCSRP, which is delivering a single, secure, digitally enabled, territory-wide electronic health record across public health services in hospitals, remote clinics and community health services.
You will need expertise in either Business Change Analysis or Training.
Business Change Analyst roles will assist in the implementation of a contemporary change management plan, in support of the Program Strategy, to implement the required organisational change to support Program delivery. You will provide business alignment services, deliver service readiness, assess training and support go lives across the NT.
Training roles will plan, develop and deliver effective training. Previous experience or strong interest in delivering high quality workplace training in the use of information systems using blended approaches, applying principles of adult learning and Australian standards applicable to training in a clinical health environment. Remote working will be required, so travel is an essential component of the roles including willingness to obtain an NT driving license.
For all of the above roles,
- a strong commitment to delivery and quality is essential
- a demonstrated understanding of Health Care and associated processes and systems will be highly regarded
- the ability to work under pressure will be required
All roles are for 12 months, starting either later this year or early next year.
