HR Business Partner - Expressions of Interest - VIC


At Employment Innovations (EI) we have experienced huge growth and in the last year alone, the number of clients that we deliver HR Partnering to has more than doubled. We project a further growth of 60-70% before the middle of 2021. We are always on the lookout for experienced HR professionals to join our team. The HR Business Partner role is ordinarily a full time position, but consideration can be given to part time arrangements.

As a HRBP you would provide trusted, reliable and timely strategic advice to clients in your portfolio. You would form part of the broader HR Operations team who, with their varying experience and expertise, work closely and collaboratively to bring innovative HR solutions to our clients. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR Advice and direction to clients in your portfolio, including ensuring the day-to-day operations of your clients are working efficiently and correctly in line with relevant government legislation
  • Build strong and personable relationships with your clients and team by working collaboratively to help resolve issues or grievances at the earliest stage possible
  • Enhance project and change management with new HR projects for your region and assist with training in line with relevant change management strategies
  • Be an innovator by identifying and improving opportunities such as processes, policies and identifying strategic solutions to solve problems 
  • Implement and maintain your clients HRIS (Employment Hero)
  • Advocate and display thought leadership across the businesses and your region, including create and post current and topical knowledge based articles and facilitate webinars and group training sessions

What you’ll need to succeed in the role
  • Qualifications in HR, Law, Business or similar fields 
  • Proven experience as a trusted and reliable HR Partner
  • Excellent understanding of FairWork legislation and relevant employment laws across each state and territory in Australia
  • Proven experience in building long and meaningful relationships with clients and or key stakeholders, including the ability to understand clients needs at a strategic HR level
  • Ability to work in a high performing, collaborate open team with tonnes of energy, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work across multiple Awards and Enterprise Agreements
  • The ability to learn new systems, such as Employment Hero, quickly
