Colac Otway Shire Council is seeking to employ a permanent full time Customer Service Team Leader.
This position requires you to lead and supervise the customer Service Team, working closely with the Coordinator Corporate Customer Service to ensure the smooth operations of the team.   You will ensure that a high level of customer service is delivered to our community and the wider organisation, ensuring your team adhere to our standard operating policies and procedures.
