Receptionist - Perfect entry level position (18-month fixed-term contract)

About the Role

Dixon Advisory, as part of the E&P Financial Group, is currently looking for a proactive, motivated and friendly individual to join our Client Services team as a receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for our highly valued clients, both face to face and over the phone. This is an ideal role for someone looking for corporate experience during their time off between year 12 and university or for someone looking to take the leap into their professional career.

As a receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • General reception and administrative duties which include greeting clients and offering refreshments
  • Assisting in the coordination of internal events
  • Liaising with clients in regards to annual review meetings, attending seminars and confirming advisory appointments
  • Diary management
  • Ordering and distribution of company supplies

We're looking for someone with:

  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Fantastic customer service skills 
  • A Friendly & Positive approach to work
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving abilities

Comprehensive training is provided which will enable you to excel in this role and make it your own - no receptionist or admin experience required!
