Customer Service Representative

We are recruiting for multiple Customer Service Representative’s with excellent communication skills for a Government project in Sydney CBD. We are looking for candidates that truly value their customers, and makes it their duty to provide the best service possible. 

What's in it for you:
  • 4-month contract - start date: 14th of December
  • $30 ph + super 
  • CBD location
  • No weekends
  • Working Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7am - 7pm
  • Working on a exciting Government Project
  • Supportive, friendly and caring team environment
Key Responsibilities:
  • First line of inquiry for inbound customer queries, as well as transferring calls to the appropriate area.
  • Record customer information on internal systems
  • Work on a large Government account & provide high level quality service to there customer base
You will need to:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience within customer service
  • Have excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service
  • Pass a full background check
  • Can commit to the required duration
