As the Team Leader - Support Coordination you will lead a team of diverse and skilled Support Coordinators, enabling them to deliver the best possible services and information to their customers. Using your experience in managing people and teams, you will provide leadership, coaching, advice and supervision all the while helping to maintain and build upon a strong team spirit with a largely remote and mobile workforce.

Day-to-day you will manage workloads, resolve escalated issues in service delivery, conduct performance reviews and ensure quality and compliance in all dealings. Additionally, you will provide Support Coordination to a small portfolio of those customers with more complex requirements.

To succeed as a Team Leader - Support Coordinator with Plan Partners you will have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a team leader position in the disability sector
  • Tertiary qualifications in Disability or another such Human Services
  • Understanding of the NDIS and associated legislation including the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission procedures
  • Current Police and Working with Children's check
  • A valid Drivers' Licence, good driving record and reliable car
  • Ability to self-motivate to meet expectations and excellent time management in a commercial environment
  • Ability to support a widespread Support Coordination team
