Are you a highly motivated individual who possesses a passion for delivering excellence in customer service?

Greater Shepparton City Council is seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Officer to assist the organisation in delivering excellence in customer service to the community working 35 hours per week across five days.

As a Customer Service Officer you will be the first point of call and the face of Council, providing accurate and timely advice, guidance and direction to customers via multiple channels including face to face, telephone and online.  You will be a capable multi tasker who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has high standards in relation to your level of personal presentation.

An outstanding communicator with a passion for service will see the ideal candidate thrive in an environment of constant change.

Prospective applicants must have relevant experience and demonstrated skill in the provision of customer service.
