Home Group are looking for an experienced Construction Liaison Officer. Construction Liaison is an important office based role. You will be representing the company as the main point of contact person between the client & our construction team. A minimum of two years prior experience working with residential single story home construction is required and applicants must be able to demonstrate a wide range of people and organisational management skills.

Duties include; Providing weekly written and verbal updates to clients, managing contract and construction queries, making appointments for supervisor/client meetings, maintaining and updating project information data, managing variations, liaising with internal departments, and conducting office based handover meetings.

To be successful in this role the applicant must possess a strong work ethic, excellent people skills, excellent written and oral communication skills and computer skills. Applicants and be able work to achieve a high level of accuracy and detail. A good understanding of residential building processes is imperative.
