WHAT IS THE ROLE?
We are actively seeking a Casual Administrative Assistant (Minimum 25 Hours per week) with a passion and desire to enter into a career in the advertising industry
To report directly to the managing director to join our team. The role will progress into a full time position for the right person.
The role will see you working directly with the managing director and with our small team of Social Media Enthusiasts, Web Developers and our Direct sales team,
You will be focused on enhancing our systems and ensuring our customers get the desired outcomes from their marketing budgets, a keen interest in the advertising industry is a must.

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who demonstrates excellent organisational skills, can work independently and proactively, the person will need to demonstrate that they actually want to work and develop a career in Media.
This person will have a thorough interest in advertising and marketing, plus have a keen interest in the desire to learn all forms of marketing including all social media platforms and how they work.
You will be a fast learner, and not afraid to speak up or ask for assistance, you will be working closely with the managing director and some of our best customers and you will learn new skills not readily available in other fields.
Some of the Personal Assistant Tasks you will perform include
- Organize calendar and appointments, checking with other parties to ensure availability.
- Draft correspondence, arrange travel, and provide estimates for activities and events.
- Manage correspondence with media partners and screen visitors and calls, prevent interruptions, and resolve issues.
- Run business errands and perform general administrative tasks including invoicing.
Most importantly, we are seeking an individual who is open to learning, quick to adapt and has a can-do attitude.
