About our client

Our client provides waste management solutions through collection, recovery and recycling of waste into commodity.

About the role:

The current vacancy in Dandenong South is for an Administration Clerk to work full time hours (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm). This is a challenging and varied role where your Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel experience will be essential. You'll be working in a fast paced environment, learning new systems/and in house programs so a quick learner and commitment to delivering positive results on time is a must.

Our client offers a friendly team environment with training and constant support. Your hard work will not go unnoticed!

Some of the daily responsibilities include:

- Phone calls & emails Council/commercial

- Account enquiries & debt collection commercial

- Data entry run sheets

- Monthly Council reporting

- Daily reporting council - Bin maintenance

- Liaising with drivers

- Credit card payments over the phone

- Communicating with drivers

- Assisting Operations Supervisor

- Other administration tasks as required
