Administration Assistant 

We are looking for a fun, vibrant, easy going person to work with us to manage the Administration of the business. Tenacity Cranes are a fast paced crane company with a friendly and energetic group, and we offer you the opportunity to join, in an open, positive and social workplace where emphasis is placed on ensuring employees feel valued and cared for. 

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Assist the team where needed
  • Competent administrative and computer skills with an eye for detail and ability to follow through on delegated office support tasks
  • Must have experience in Xero
  • Weekly Payroll Processing
  • Accounts Payable - including entering Invoices and completing payment runs.
  • Accounts receivable - effectively managing the debtors of the business to ensure payments are received in a timely manner
  • Invoicing customers
  • Reconciling of Accounts and Statements
  • Financial Reporting
  • Other tasks as directed which may involve, answering incoming calls, processing invoices, data entry and general office duties

This role is vital to the success of our business therefore we require someone who can multi task in a fast paced environment and can adapt quite easily to the tasks that are presented to them. 

Personal Skills

  • Ability to be people-oriented, and communicate effectively with all levels of the public, both in person and on the telephone.
  • The initiative and personal skills to work co-operatively and contribute.
  •  The candidate must also be willing to work autonomously. 
  • A focus on customer service and collaborative business relationships.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Computer skills in Word and Excel – word-processing and spreadsheet; and general computer competency.
  • Accounts/payroll experience preferred. 
  • Excellent organisational skills
