Role Overview

Looking to broaden your skills and take the next step in your career? Whether you are a graduate or have a few years’ experience, this unique position will provide the right candidate with experience across a full range of marketing disciplines in a progressive firm of accountants and advisors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a vibrant and energetic Marketing Assistant to work directly with the senior leaders and the team, to broaden their experience, develop new skills and contribute to delivering the strategic and marketing plans.

As a pivotal team member, your responsibilities will include:

  • Event and Webinar coordination
  • Coordination of the firm’s communication to clients
  • Active involvement in social media activities
  • Management of our networking activities
  • Coordination of branded stationery, collateral and merchandise
  • Coordination of our gift and referral program
  • CRM and database maintenance
  • Conducting research
  • Other activities and duties as required

To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and expertise:

  • Tertiary qualified in event management or marketing discipline
  • Professional services experience
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, and a passion for achieving results
  • Sound organisation skills, and a proven multi-tasker
  • Agile thinker
  • Sound knowledge of social media platforms
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Adobe Creative Suite skills desirable (particularly InDesign)
  • Some out of hours work is required
