IR Administration Assistant – Casual Position

 

We are currently looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join one of our major production clients based in Beresfield, NSW.

 

This is a casual position which potentially may lead to ongoing permanent work. You will need to be flexible for work over 2-4 days a week, for approx 16-24 hours, start and finish times are negotiable.

 

 

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in a fast paced office environment – 2 year’s minimum
  • A definite People Person - previous experience in Human Resources or similar role would be beneficial, along with recruitment and visa tracking experience but could also suit a uni graduate currently studying HR.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with excel knowledge
  • Strong communication skills to deal with people from a wide variety of demographics in a professional manner
  • Able to do overtime, extra days and holiday relief when required and a flexible approach to work hours
  • Ability to work as part of a very large onsite team

 

 

Your duties would include the following:

*Filing & archiving
*Printing, scanning and saving documents
*Preparing employment and induction packs
*Communicating with employees to obtain copies of required documents
*Uploading employees to the data base systems

*Visa tracking and monitoring employee work rights
*Data entry and preparing meeting minutes
*Answering phone calls, preparing mail and other general administrative duties as  required
