ONA Coffee is looking for an Office Manager who is an organised leader, has an eye for detail and huge passion for customer service. In this role you will manage a small but highly efficient administration team and ensure the smooth running of our head office based at Fyshwick, ACT.
On a daily basis you will engage and liaise with other Ona departments and their team members to ensure all our administration and promised services are to an excellent standard. With an expansive customer network across Australia you will also be a key person in maintaining our highly reputable customer feedback. You will also coordinate and ambassador OH & S and Human Resources initiatives and programs for all Ona employees.
