Mildura Base Public Hospital (MBPH) is seeking a dynamic, caring, motivated and innovative Allied Health Assistant within the Community Services Department, on a casual basis.
About the Role:
As an Allied Health Assistant you will facilitate the effective and efficient operation of the Allied Health department through both clinical and non-clinical duties and provision of assistance to the allied health professionals (Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologist, Social Workers and Dietitians) in the provision of patient care.
You will hold a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistant and previous experience is highly regarded. You will have the ability to the implementation of individual and group treatment programs under the direction of therapists, demonstrated ability to effectively manage workload demands and priorities. You will exceptional communication skills in written and verbal with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of customers. You will have flexibility in your availability.
