Wellington Underwriting Agencies Pty Ltd are a growing insurance underwriting agency seeking an administration assistant in our Rosny Park office.

The position will work with our team of Underwriters both in Rosny Park and interstate to provide strong admin support which will include, but not limited to, the following duties:

  • creating and maintaining Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
  • assist with the promotion and marketing of Wellington
  • updating client records
  • processing of insurance policies
  • general administration duties

To be successful in this position you will have the following attributes

  • high level of computer literacy and experience working with Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel
  • an interest in creating marketing material
  • strong attention to detail
  • the ability to work well in in a small team and also the capability to work independently 
  • the ability to learn quickly and be adaptable;
