With the new growth coming in via our Third Party Channels including the mortgage broker channel, we are looking for new Customer Relationship Managers to assist and provide great solutions to assist our Third Party Customers achieve their future goals!

About the role

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will focus on helping our customers achieve their financial goals by providing relevant financial solutions. You will do this by having holistic conversations and exploring customers’ needs, determining the right solution and delivering the kind of experience customers will want to come back for time-and-again. You will play an integral part in driving growth via business development activities and processing and assessing loans. 

You will be working in a dynamic, connected and fun environment with a very experienced team of lending specialists in our Contact Centre in our Adelaide or Ipswich Offices. 

These are Permanent Full time positions with working hours on a rotating roster and at times will be required to work across a spread of hours, Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 7.00pm AEST/AEDT and Saturday from 9.00am to 5.00pm AEST/AEDT.


About you

  • Demonstrated ability to connect and understanding customer needs, identify opportunities and actively grow a customer base
  • Demonstrated history of achieving strong sales results
  • A solid track-record managing home loan, personal loan and credit card applications with highly developed lending and credit analysis skills
  • Attention to detail and a passion for ensuring your consumer lending is compliant and within the bank’s guidelines
  • Willingness to learn and gain a strong understanding of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank products and services

Importantly, you will also bring to the role an understanding of the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank’s customer connected vision, a team-first attitude, self-motivation, positivity, flexibility, attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
