Key Responsibilities 

·       Provide hands on and remote support to ANZ users for hardware and software 

·       Support ANZ IT with projects and upgrades in multiple offices 

·       Support ANZ office infrastructure including AV, conferencing and physical security systems 

·       Purchasing and asset management 

·       Laptop and Mac endpoint builds  


You Are 

·       Customer Service focused 

·       Meticulous in your attention to detail 

·       Quick learner - require adaptation to ever-changing priorities & broad technology domains  

·       Excellent team player - proven ability to resolve problems systematically 

·       Willing to occasionally work outside of business hours to support business needs 


You Have  

·       2+ years experience on troubleshooting endpoints with systematic analysis on client productivity suites, such as Mac OSX, Windows 10, Windows Server, O365, Zoom/Teams 

·       2+ years experience within a helpdesk support environment 

·       1+ years' experience with Windows System Administration including AD, DNS, DHCP, Radius 

·       A working understanding of server environments and networking concepts including WIFI, LAN and WAN 

·       The ability to work productively independently and as part of a team 

·       The ability to adapt to change in a dynamic and fast paced environment 

·       Fluent verbal and written communication skills
