Based in South East Queensland, currently with 19 centres, Edge Early Learning is creating a new leaf in early childhood education. We are deliberate and thoughtful in delivering exceptional foundations for lifelong learning for children, families, team members and individual communities.

Our North Pimpama Centre
North Pimpama is the second custom designed Edge childcare centre in the Pimpama area. The centre was designed around the native Australian flora with natural outdoor learning space equipped with veggie gardens, water play stations, sand pits bike tracks and more. Backing onto the trainline, children enjoy watching the trains go by through built in windows in the back fence. We have 6 spacious class rooms filled with state-of-the-art resources allowing children to investigate new interests. We have a large communal dining room designed for social mealtimes. 

Are you our next Edge Lead Educator?
As an Lead Educator, you will :

  • An ability to work collaboratively with fellow Educators to develop and implement inspirational educational programs that help children to achieve learning outcomes.
  • Nurture and develop our team members so they confidently contribute to our children’s learning.
  • Develop trusting and honest relationships with children, families, colleagues, management and community stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS are met or exceeded
  • Have Full Availability Monday to Friday

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or 'actively working towards'
  • Current Blue Card
  • Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID004) Certificate
  • Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
  • Prior experience as a Lead Educator is preferable
