About the role 

You will be joining Concentrix on behalf of the RSL Art Union Lottery, the most successful not-for-profit art union in Australia. Representing this iconic charity as a Retention Specialist, you will retain existing customers to this important fundraising engine which allows RSL Queensland to create positive change and ensure we continue to provide support and services for our Australian Defence Force Veteran Community. 

 Key responsibilities: 

  • Membership engagement and retention 

  • Deliver exceptional customer service  

  • The ability to build strong, long term, customers relationships.  

  • Handle inbound and outbound enquiries  

What’s in it for you? 

  • Hours: Permanent Full time 38 hours per week 

  • Roster: Flexible work roster from Monday to Friday, 8am – 7pm with the occasional Saturday 8am – 4pm  

  • Training: 1 week of paid training to fully equip you with the required skills

  • Incentives: Monthly and Quarterly Incentive Program– metric and quality focused

  • Hourly Rate: $22.22 

  • Start Date: 27 January 2021

  • Ability and drive to consistently exceed sales targets and KPI’s

  • The ability to gain product and systems knowledge quickly. 

  • A proven ability to overcome objections and constantly deliver a positive experience 

  • Demonstrated strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills 

  • Excellent communication skills  

  • Responsiveness to coaching and the ability to take on feedback
