Start the New Year with a New Career! We are currently seeking a Graduate Nurse to join our team based in Geelong. Reporting to the Nurse In Charge, you will be expected to provide the highest standard of service to our patients and Radiologists.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

The Medical Imaging Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional radiological procedures. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide a high standard of care and service to our patients and radiologists
  • Assist our team of medical professionals in all aspects of patient care.
  • Admission and preparation of patients undergoing examinations such as Ultrasound, CT and MRI, including IV Cannulation.
  • Assistance in the performance of Medical Imaging procedures.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • Registered Nurse with current APHRA Registration
  • Flexibility for overtime if required.
  • Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to liaise with a diverse range of medical professionals
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent personal presentation
