Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint Administrator
Great opportunity to be part of and run a few projects in a fast-moving environment. Reporting to the ICT Manager, you will be tasked with configuring and deploying Microsoft Teams to meet the needs of the organisation and provide a great end user experience. You will also be involved in developing SharePoint to manage key business processes. This is a full time fixed term role to 30 June 2021.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Work autonomously to configure Microsoft Teams and deploy to the organisation enabling the organisation to better collaborate internally and externally
- Enhance user experience in SharePoint by assisting teams to setup libraries and a structure that supports their needs
- Using SharePoint and other O365 tools, develop a space that can support and manage data governance processes while providing a streamlined and simple end user experience
- Assist with other project initiatives

The ideal candidate will have
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work with a team and autonomously.
- Demonstrated experience deploying Teams in an organisation environment to be scalable, manageable and secure.
- 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
- Ability to effectively assess environment and present options, risks and be able to implement the solution.
- Demonstrated experience configuring SharePoint sites/libraries/lists/forms.
- Experience with Power Automate desirable.
