Experienced Guest Service Attendant required to join our Front Office Reception team. Previous experience working within a hotel reception environment is essential.
Additional qualities include:
- Organised and time efficient with the ability to multi task
- Flexible and adaptive attitude
- Motivated and resourceful
- Team player with an authentic and friendly disposition
- A genuine commitment to making every guest feel special
Skills and capabilities include:
- Minimum two years experience in a similar role
- General reception and reservation duties
- Strong people centered leadership skill
- Daily reconciliation and banking
- Advanced knowledge of MS (word, excel and Outlook)
- Newbook system knowledge an advantage

Subsidised accommodation and meal packages are available. Weekend work applies. Lamington NP is located 90mins from Surfers Paradise or two hours south of Brisbane CBD.
