About the COMPANY

Based in the refurbished heritage listed Freemasons building in Subiaco, Evolution Settlements provides conveyancing services throughout Western Australia. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding service and high levels of expertise, to ensure that your settlement is as simple and stress free as possible – naturally.

About the POSITION

We are currently seeking an experienced Licensee/Senior Conveyancer to join our growing business and manage aspects of Evolution Settlements operations and employees.. You will also need to have a strong focus on customer service and communication.  

Reporting to the CEO you will be working alongside a highly motivated and friendly conveyancing team with administrative support.

About YOU :

You will need to bring with your exceptional skills in dealing with complex settlement related situations, strong understanding with O & A Contract Law, the ability to manage, motivate and lead a team.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience with PEXA Settlements
  • All aspects of Trust Account
  • Overview of all Settlement files

The CRITERIA: 

  • Minimum 2 + years in Management Position
  • Ability to interpret contractual agreements
  • Ability to settle via PEXA
  • Accurate numeracy
  • Oversee and check settlement files as required, particularly on morning of settlement
  • Confidence and ability to liaise with stakeholders on all levels
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Settlements Plus (preferable not essential
  • Demonstrate strong client relationships
  • Strong communication and customer service focus
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to multitask whilst maintaining quality work
  • Have an approachable and flexible attitude
