Our client is a successful family run business who specialise in unique niche imported mobility products. Serving the Mobility and Disability market they import technical products for distribution to their national clients and local retail. 

This small, growing and fast paced family run business is looking for a full time (hours can be flexible) hands-on person to join the team.  This role will ideally suit someone that loves variety, being kept busy, loves people and looking for a role with the possibility of career growth. 

This role may suit someone with therapy experience, or a person working in a similar disabled product wholesale / retail role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Previous experience working with customers who require engineered products.
  • Receiving phone and email enquiries about our unique products, demonstrating and then providing the client with a quotation in NDIS or other formats.
  • Converting the quotation into a sale and this may require ordering from an overseas or local supplier.
  • Fulfilling wholesale dealer’s orders and answering their queries.
  • Invoicing orders.
  • Computer savvy including software packages that track from enquiry to fulfillment, ideally recording serial numbers. 
  • Must have customers service experience: responding to enquiries, quotes & invoicing.
  • Willingness to perform a wide-range of roles; Admin, product demonstration, customer service.  
  • Willingness to learn our product portfolio. This is assisted by extensive information on the website.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:-

  • Have a strong Customer Service Focus.
  • Experience in a similar industry highly regarded.
  • Be a strong team player.
  • Be an excellent communicator both written and verbal.
  • Computer skills MS Office including Word and Excel.  Experience with CRM and MYOB Advanced Plus highly regarded.
