Customer Service & Sales Representative

About the Role:
Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, this position is a combination of inbound and outbound calls, as well as the provision of a high-quality customer service experience resulting in lead generation and/or sign-ups.
This role is ideal for a person who is self motivated and has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Mandatory Qualifications and Experience
- previous Call Centre experience necessary
- excellent customer service skills
- extensive experience in outbound and inbound telephone sales
- demonstrated high level of communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to build and maintain relationships.
