Loving Tan is a global leader in premium self-tanning products. We provide the highest quality self-tanning products to our customers. We are heading into a growth phase and looking for the very best Chief Operating Officer to join the team.

Working closely with the Founding Director, this newly created role will oversee the day to day operations of the business along with providing strategic leadership to ensure the continued growth and success of the business.

You will be a people person and a confident decision maker with proven experience in leading performance and growth within successful businesses.

The Role

• Oversee global business operations including but not limited to Customer Service, Sales, Quality Control, Warehouse, Supply & Logistics
• Provide valued input to the development of the overall business strategy
• Oversee and project manage business expansion projects
• Set and monitor goals for business performance and growth
• Work closely with and manage team to ensure performance expectations are met
• Review and implement improvements to efficiency and productivity across all areas of the business
• Regular business reporting to Director
• Improving current management reporting and business processes

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or relevant role
• Experience within an eCommerce business desirable 
• Understanding of core business functions including HR, Finance, Marketing & Warehouse
• Demonstrated exceptional people leadership and operational management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and with an aptitude to problem solve and confidently make decisions
• Must be digitally savvy
• Entrepreneurial and resourceful spirit with a general attitude that no task is too small or too hard
• Natural leader who enjoys coaching, developing and getting the best out of teams
• Down to earth and approachable personality
